PRIVACY OFFICER
La Maison d’Ariane is subject to an Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions as Regards the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (also called Law 25), which stipulates, among other things, that a person must be designated as the privacy officer to ensure that the provisions of the Act are respected and implemented.
As such, La Maison d’Ariane has appointed Fannie Roy as its Privacy Officer.
